  1. How to Make a Return?

To offer the best user experience, the usual method for returns at [Company] is also the online route at [Domain].

To process a return, please access the return section of the store. Here you can search for orders and select the products you wish to return.

Once the return is requested on the website, please prepare the package in the same conditions and with the packaging received at delivery. After receiving our confirmation, the package will be collected within approximately 48/72 hours by a courier who will pick it up at the same address indicated on the order.

A refund will be made within a maximum of 7 business days from the correct receipt at our warehouse, using the same payment method used in the original order.

Please note that if a credit/debit card is used, the refund may take up to 30 days to process depending on the bank.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, which will depend on weight and volume. If the package fits in a shoebox and weighs no more than 2 kilograms, XX€ will be deducted directly from the refund.

EXCEPTIONS: If the package exceeds 2 kilograms in weight or volume, the return costs deducted from the refund, as mandated by law, will vary based on the shipping costs set by the courier, regardless of whether free shipping was applied during the purchase.

Once the refund is completed on our end, you will receive an email confirming it along with a link to download the refund invoice.

  1. Are There Products That Cannot Be Returned?

According to the current law mentioned at the beginning of this page, the following returns are not accepted:

  1. Items that are not suitable for resale. They must be returned in the same condition they were received, with their original individual packaging and all tags, in perfect condition. Used items are not accepted.
  2. Items identified with the “Made to Order” seal: Handmade, custom-made items exclusively for the customer.
  3. Special order import items.
  4. Items that are in direct contact with the body: For hygiene reasons, returns or exchanges are not accepted on these items. Examples include tights, underwear… Returns will only be accepted if the item is unopened and returned in its original packaging with all tags intact.
  5. Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled at any time before they enter the preparation or shipping phase. If the order contains one or more “Made to Order” items, it cannot be canceled or returned unless the cancellation is communicated within 24 hours from the original order date.

The order can be canceled if there is a delay in the delivery date, which is different from the one provided on the product at the time of purchase.

[Company] reserves the right to cancel an order in the following cases:

  1. System Error: If errors occur in the order due to system failures, this is considered a force majeure case, and we reserve the right to cancel the order to ensure the best customer service.
  2. Stock Error: Occasionally, although it is not common, there may be a synchronization and stock update lapse due to two or more simultaneous purchases of the same unit. This may happen in items with aggressive offers and high demand. In this case, we cannot guarantee product delivery dates and reserve the right to inform you and cancel the order.
